This installation addresses my concern for what will happen to my accumulated work upon my death. I decided to materialize a persistent mental image. I commissioned a toe-pincher coffin from Stan Hain and stuffed it with my vessels. It was meant to be a memento mori kick-in-the-pants: “Market Now! You Can’t Take It With You!
It seemed the most honest thing I could say about my art/life at the time.
